1. About these terms

These are the program-specific terms for The 7-Day Spark Reset (the "Program"). They apply alongside the Whole & Free Terms and Conditions and form part of the agreement described in section 18 of those Terms. Where the two differ, these program terms apply to the Program.

2. What you're buying

The 7-Day Spark Reset is a digital, self-paced email program. It includes a welcome email, one email a day for seven days, an integration email, two downloadable PDFs (the Drift Check and the Field Guide), and the option to reply to Jon Symes by email. Nothing is shipped.

3. 30-day guarantee

This Program is guaranteed by a 30-day full refund. No reason needed. This is the specific refund policy referred to in section 5 of the Terms and Conditions, and it replaces the general "all sales are final" rule for this Program.

To request a refund, email [email protected] or use our contact page within 30 days of purchase, from the email address you used at checkout. Refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank or card provider decides how long it takes to appear.

4. Payment

• This is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
• Founding pricing is available to a limited number of buyers. After that, the standard price applies. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
• The charge shows on your statement as WHOLE AND FREE.

5. Delivery

Everything is sent to the email address you enter at checkout, so choose one you are comfortable using. If other people can access that inbox or device, they may see the emails.

If nothing has arrived, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still have nothing within 24 hours, contact [email protected].

6. What the Program is not

As set out in section 3 of the Terms and Conditions, the Program is educational. It is not therapy, couples counseling or crisis support, and it is not designed for relationships involving fear, coercion, threats or abuse. It cannot promise any particular result, including any response from your partner. Replies to the emails are read and answered on a reasonable-efforts basis.

7. Personal use

The emails and PDFs are for your own personal, non-commercial use, as set out in section 9 of the Terms and Conditions. Please don't share, forward, resell or publish them.
